This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled in Snack Trio, provided by 宁波启讯信息科技有限公司 (the developer, “we” or “us”). It applies to the Android application identified above.
1. Game progress and settings
Snack Trio stores game progress, virtual coins, lives and recovery times, power-up quantities, tutorial and remove-ads status, and sound and vibration preferences on your device. These records let the game restore your progress and remember your choices.
The current game does not offer player account registration or a developer-operated cloud save service. We do not upload these local saves to our own server.
2. Advertising
The game uses Google AdMob to show interstitial, rewarded, and app open ads. Its advertising SDK may collect and share data with Google for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention, including:
- IP address, which can indicate approximate location;
- device identifiers, such as advertising ID and app set ID, and applicable account-related identifiers;
- app and ad interactions, such as launches, taps, and video views;
- diagnostic and performance information.
Advertising data may also be handled by Google's advertising partners. Details are available in Google's advertising SDK data disclosure, the Google Privacy Policy, and Google's advertising information.
The game does not request camera, microphone, contacts, or precise location permissions. Approximate location inferred from an IP address is separate from device GPS access.
3. Your privacy choices
You can manage, reset, or delete your advertising ID through Android's privacy or advertising settings, where supported by your device. Google also provides advertising controls described in its policies above. These settings may affect ad personalization; they do not necessarily stop all ads or all advertising data processing.
You can contact us about access, correction, or deletion of personal information you have provided to us. Rights and available controls depend on applicable law and the service handling the information.
4. Information you send to us
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as a problem description or screenshot. We use this information to answer your request and provide support. Please avoid sending passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.
5. Storage, security, and deletion
Local game records remain on your device until deleted. To remove them, clear Snack Trio's app storage in Android settings or uninstall the game. This also removes local progress and preferences. Copies managed by device backup services follow those services' settings and policies.
We keep support correspondence only for as long as needed to handle your request and meet applicable legal obligations. You can contact us to request deletion of information you have sent to us.
Google determines retention and deletion of information it handles under its own policies. Clearing the game's local storage does not itself delete records held by Google. Use Google's privacy controls or contact Google for requests concerning those records.
Advertising SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Local saves are stored in the application's device storage. No storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Google and its service providers may process advertising data in countries other than your own, as described in Google's privacy policies.
6. Children's privacy
Parents or guardians who have concerns about a child's information can contact us. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please describe the issue so we can review it and address appropriate deletion or other privacy requests.
7. Updates and contact
We may update this policy when the game's features or information practices change. The latest policy and update date will be shown on this page.
